Roof Areas are fully accessible and house the following mechanical plant areas: Coolers and fans, generator. The Ground floor houses the following mechanical plant areas: Heating system, Transformer. Internal servicing of public spaces - completely furnished lifts, lift bays, ground floor lobby area, washroom facilities and stairs.

The area surrounding and directly behind the buildings has been designed as a fully landscaped area.

Security services are provided at all times. (24/7/365) CCTV monitoring system with dedicated security room housing, time lapse video recorders and monitors.

The buildings are fully equipped with a fire detection system with a fully installed heat and smoke detection system. All sanitary blocks are serviced by mechanical exhaust ventilation.
